Great rates!
Rates and approvals are based on credit if credit is a problem. Apply with a strong co-borrower and you may be rewarded with one of our premier rates, which can be as low as 5%.

Great repayment terms!
Borrower chooses loan term up to 15 years, giving flexibility in monthly payment options. Never a pre-payment penalty if you choose to pay it off early. Repayment can be up to 15 years with a minimum of $30 monthly payments.

Co-borrower release option!
Make your first 24 payments on time and you may apply to have the co-borrower released from the loan completely.

Save on interest!
Sallie Mae will disburse your tuition directly to the school in increments, which means you save. Interest does not accrue on money we have not disbursed.

TFC Financing

Boston Reed College believes that financial ability should not limit access to a quality education. Therefore we offer an exclusive financing plan managed by TFC Credit Corporation. TFC Credit Corporation is an experienced financing operator providing services for over 25 years. The financing program requires a down payment and the remainder is financed over 9 months. Workforce Investment Act

The Workforce Investment Act supports individuals needing to increase their financial stability and independence. The One-Stop Centers are the access point for these resources. Resources might include job search support, career planning, child care support, or sometimes payment of fees for training. See the California Local One-Stop Career Centers List to find the center nearest you. Or, for anywhere in the US, enter your zip code at ServiceLocator.org to find the Center nearest you. If the training program you are interested in has applied and been accepted to the local Eligible Training Provider List, WIA might pay the fees for qualifying individuals.

Note that most Boston Reed classes are co-sponsored by a local adult school or community college. Typically, the program you are interested in may appear on the Eligible Training Provider List under the name of your local adult school or college. We are working with all school partners to apply to the ETPL, but yours may not have applied yet. You may contact your One-Stop, your school or Boston Reed to find out if the program you are interested is on the ETPL.

Scholarships

Boston Reed College awards full scholarships to up to three students each calendar quarter. The Scholarship Committee makes its decisions based on both student merit and financial need. Applications include an application form, a reference letter from someone such as an employer or instructor, and a letter/essay from the applicant. Application due dates are January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Download the application. Download the official policy for the BRC Scholarship Program.
